Chili's Grill & Bar

The service was absolutely fantastic. The only issue we had was the chocolate lava cake wasn't very lavaish. It was frozen in the middle. No worries tho. I'm fat so I wasn't gonna send it back. ud83eudd23

Love this place. Years ago the fajita beef would melt in your mouth. Not quite the same now.

Made an order at its just wings on doordash and received an incorrect order. I tried to resolve it by calling directly. The host was extremely nice and helpful and transferred me to the manager shermand (I believe this was their name). Shermand was incredibly rude to me and talked down to my wife and I. She abrubtly hung up on me after I told her I'd be contacting corporate about her customer service. Fair enough.... Shermand explained that this was doordashes fault and we needed to contact them. The problem was that Shermand treated us terribly and that is why I am leaving this review.... We contacted doordash and resolved the issue. I will be filing a complaint with Brinker corporate tomorrow, they apparently don't take calls in the evening. I have never had an experience like this at chilis or anywhere for that matter. Bad customer service deserves a review, so that's mine....

We called today and made a reservation because of all this restaurant policy and rules due the covid and we got extremely disappointed with the staff...specially the hostess!! We got at the restaurant 10min before 6pm( the time I made the reservation) and she sent us to wait on the car...it was a 40min wait, no text message to say that out table was ready. When my husband went back there to ask she said they texted a wrong number! I’m sorry...what a disorganized staff! We won’t be back anymore!!
