I have used this facility for about two years.nnThe doctor has no bedside manner. But they don’t have to care, only gig in town!nnDecided to check out the reviews to see others opinion and all I saw was that the good reviews are listed first, but if you scroll down..... you will be surprised!!!nnOnly thing I trust them to do is vaccinate.nnOwner DON’T respond. The responses I see you write is an attempt to blame everyone and take no responsibility for your bad behavior.

We called due to our golden retriever being in severe condition as he was having severe seizures and breathing heavily. This place was the closest to us (we usually take our animals to Dr. Kyle Schumacher but due to urgency attempted to go to this one) and the receptionist put us on hold and we got ahold of the doctor relatively quick. My father explained how our pet was having seizures and breathing heavily and the doctor rudely said “ what do you want me to do about it?”. This angered him of course because she was not respectful or helpful at all especially in a critical time. I then took the phone and attempted to calmly ask her what her prices were (which were reasonable considering it was a walk in and presumably after hours) and she related the information to me rather fast. As I said thank you, she rudely ended the call. The biggest concern was the lack of professionalism and helpfulness.

Im from out of town and this being one of the only vets around i didnt have much choice when my dog got hurt. There is a $100 dollar charge to see the vet same day. I was glad they could see her and help but the dr didnt once talk to me. The tech was nice bit the girl answering phones really struggled with everything, she could use alot of training. When. I asked about what dhe was chargi g me she really had no idea.

They were wonderful, they came out to the car to get are dog for a rabies and parvo shot, price was great and I took good care of are dog we're in and out under 20 minutes thank you very much Sierra Vet. Cryer Family

Very polite and good at putting my kitty and I at ease. The vet was very attentive and patient with my questions.
