Sierra Health Care Center

I arrived here back in June and the physical therapy department kept me keeping my muscle going and kept me strong for my surgery. They exercise me and I'm becoming more and more self efficient. Sierra staff has been nothing helpful. The dietary the food has been delicious and their staff has done a remarkable job with providing happy to the resident and meet any diet needs. And I recommend Sierra for any short or long term care. Tom Cox NR,EMT-P (RET).

A true family organization that cares about their employees. Everyone has different experiences but I will tell you I'm proud to be part of the Sierra Team and hope that more family oriented people with the compassion for caring joins us!

This place shows heart for caring, being compassionate and loving for every soul that comes through these doors from employement to residing in this facility the staff show their heart! Wonderful place!

I did not let my husband remain there more than 18 hours after two incidents of incontinence with no cleansing. A dinner that looked like it came right from McDonald's. In that 18 hours without cleaning him, he now has a rash that I am treating. The facility lacks proper training for the nurses and attendants and they lack a nutritionist.
