Shoe Dept. Encore

I found some great shoes at a pretty good cost today. The girl working was nice and assisted when she saw me holding the shoe box. Checkout was easy and im now rocking my new shoes

Great job Shoe Dept..nnSorry for the rude comment left by Roxanne Yazzie weeks ago it was tax free weekend and back to school anywhere and everywhere in town was chaotic but when we were there shopping it was busy but you all handled it very well...

My wife and and I purchased a new pair of shoes and are pretty satisfied. The service was good as far as one of the girls, the other one was putting inventory away and busy with the security guard at the same time. The security guard would leave, then he would come back and hang out with her again. He should have been taking care of the problems out in the Mall. Anyways, the Shoe Dept is a good place to shop.

I chose 2 pairs of different flat for my kids and one of the workers took both up to the front..but when I got there they didnt know where it went. I was disappointed because I had to choose different pairs because the ones i got before were gone. I missed out on a nice pair of flats because they didnt have the size i needed..frustrating and so not organized at all.
