Rmch Hospital-Radiology

I've been calling for CV-19 results after 7 day wait period, called RMCH & listed RMCH phones are all busy & go to disconnect, not even a message center so I finally Google researched..bad, bad, bad, I shouldn't have gone there..BAD, RECOMMEND OTHER TEST SITE RESOURCE..if out of business, at least say on website or phone message center..no test results, I'm telling my insurance not to pay.

They have been wonderful. I have had many services done and only one hitch from a new person. Very grateful they are here. Well done !!

I was there last night with a stomach virus and i was in severe pain and had really bad nausea and the doctor told me “I’m sorry I’m not sending you home with narcotics i can’t do it” i wasn’t asking for anything for my pain nor have i ever taken any narcotics all i wanted was something for nausea and the second time he came in he told me “do you have anxiety?” I said yes and he replied with “well you’re fine it’s just a stomach bug its all in your head i think you need something for your anxiety not for your stomach” he was very rude and even switched my nurse and doctor i wasn’t rude to him once. I’m very disappointed with my visit

They made an appointment for me for an X-ray yet never told me about it. Took them weeks to make the appointment, they charged my insurance...yet never told me.nThe nurse in the ER for my original visit was awful also. Super snotty and rude. She was very rough with my IV and just awful to me.

Treated very well. Pleasant experience.
