Rehoboth and the Gallup community is blessed to have the doctors Flor and Chris Gonzagas working here. Their consummate professionalism and compassion is welcomed. It is honestly a reason to stay in Gallup if you are fortunate enough to have them caring for an infirm family member.

Love love love Dr. Andrade! However, the way the clinic is structured the doctors cannot see you if you’re ever sick. They will continue to make appointments for you every few months or so whether you need them or not so they can keep billing you. If you happen to be sick during one of those scheduled appointments then you’re in luck. I love love love my doctor there (Dr. Andrade)! And there’s been a few times that I really needed her and if I’m lucky enough to be able to get a message to her and let her know this then she bends over backwards to be accommodating. However, there of been other times that I can’t get a message to her through a nurse or by some other means, and the ladies at the front desk are very rude and will not budge from their seats or try to help you get into your doctor if you’re sick or you have another urgent need (all but one are this way). Although, since the Covid crisis, they’ve been better.There is also a change in Upper Management recently, and maybe the mandated routine visits to plug up the doctor schedules With “well” visits will change. I hope so, so these doctors can get to be the good doctors that they are And practice ethically instead of trying to continuously bail the hospital out a very bad bad business decisions by keeping their schedules full and air tight and making them unavailable to all patients that are sick or have an emergency and need to see their PCP.

Nearly impossible to get in same day or week. Usually 1, 2 , or 3 month waits. Yes I said MONTHS! If you have a common cold, your best bet is Urgent care.. where you will not see a doctor but maybe a nurse practitioner. Been getting worse and worse in past 5 years
