Dickey's Barbecue Pit

Never ate here before. I called ahead of time explained my situation and asked about how to order for a family of 5. The gentleman was very polite and took his time explaining the menu for me. Didn't feel rushed at all. I appreciate that. We showed up got our food and took it home which is a hour away. Food was still warm and very delicious. Very dry very bland not worth the trip or the money. Very disappointed... Well, I responded to the company as they requested. Guess what? No response from them. What happened to resolving the issue... Now I'm going to say no ,zip,zero natha stars for Dickey's. They only reason I even gave one star was the sauce was decent.

Food took forever to bring out. Ordered online at 5:45pm and was told it would be ready by 6:30. Did not get food until almost 7:30 and had to substitute half of our order because they ran out of things. Also had missing parts of order and when asked about they did not want to reimburse or give a refund. Basically said too bad. They do not deserve 1 star. Never eating there again.

It was okay but I got to cook the perfect everything perfect the bun but it was burnt not toasted and then I tried out the other two places they're way better especially there's one with the two young ladies everything was nice toasty nothing was burnt don't be shy to talk to remake it

Dickeys must be loose on their franchisees because I have noticed a dramatic drop in quality and service.
