Blake's Lotaburger

Blake's Lotaburger always has good food and this one is no exception.

I have literally called this Blake’s 25 times to try and order food. The line was continuously busy and when it did ring nobody answered. As a previous employee of Blake’s in Milan, NM we were always told not to ignore the phones even if we were busy if we did ignore calls we faced getting written up. Someone definitely needs retrain the crew and management at this location as well as all the other local Blake’s I don’t think I’ll be ordering Blake’s until the business can get it together.

Absolutely no sense of urgency from the the shift manager for 3/3/21 evening shift.nStood in line for 20 mons for 3 customers.nCashier is slow and not efficient in getting customers out quickly. Do not order if you're in a hurry

Horrible service, staff and cold food. Always get order wrong and they never answer phone. Need better manager.

Always good to have breakfast..n#5 for me .nGlad they finally have in automatic phone services now .
