Blake's Lotaburger

Food was excellent. Service needs work. I placed my online order at 10:39am my food was supposed to be ready to pick-up at 11:09am. I left for lunch at 11:15am. Got to Blake's at about 11:23am. Approached the pick up counter. I asked for my order. They told me it'll be a few more minutes. I don't think this location understands that order online means food is ready at the time you're given. Not wait an additional 40 minutes. While waiting, me watching people order from then squawk and getting their orders before me. I finally got my order at 11:49am. They didn't even fill my FN drink. I had to wait in line to fill my drink an additional 5 minutes. I got back to my work about 11:55. I didn't even get to enjoy my food. This is the 3rd online order from this establishment. 2 out 3 were terrible. That's why the 1 star. Guess I just stick with Churches and Gas Station Food. ud83dudc4eud83dude21

This place is getting worse. Needs better management had to wait 45mins just to place order and receive my order. Please put the right people in there to make faster meals

Placed a simple online order at 930am and it's now an hour later and my order is still not ready. Service here is so slow. Seriously needs major improvement.
