El Sombrero Restaurant

Food is good and that's the reason why they still got a star. Service is not too good. You ask hold certain food and they still put it in your food. To-go orders take a very long time unless you know the person in charge and they don't answer the phone to order ahead.

Sat down with small portion of chips and salsa. They didn't give us any menus.nOur order was taken after finishing chips and salsa our server was nowhere to be found. We waiting 25+ min as other guests are seated and their food were served before our table.nI understand times are tough and it is hard to accommodate guests but this was the worst experience I had at this restaurant.nOn top of that the manager seemed to be more interested in fixing up the out door canopy and installing lights than customer service.nnI really hope they improve.

Service was slow. They didn't have much selection for people who are observing Lent. They didn't have any type of no meat dish. All they had was Cheese and bean entrees. Now I know why I completely stop going there. Never going back there again.

I used to love this place in my childhood. Today I was excited to find my family and I were able to dine inside but my eagerness disintegrated as our food was brought out. The sopapillas were terrible and represented undercooked frybread at best. I ordered a margarita that was wine based, which was odd. It had the after taste of dust. It was also irritating that the vegetables were unseasoned and felt more like freezer burned frozen vegetables from a supermarket. Overall, I was disappointed in all but the service. Our waitress was lovely and attentive with others asking if we needed anything along the way.

It was nice to actually sit down n eat a meal without eating in the car or taking fast food home.
