Yesterday night, me and my family order some taco plates to go. We waited for 50 mins for our food and the waitresses went to check on our order to see if it was done, but they went to kitchen and went back to taking other people orders. They never came back to tell me if it was done ✅ so I was standing there for another 15 mins by the door and they never notified me that it’s done or not. So as I was walking out they got my order and we were eating in the car outside. Me and my lady crunchy tacos ud83cudf2e were soggy that the meat fell outta the bottom of the shell like it was sitting there for a long time. I was very polite and understanding but the service was just unprofessional and extremely rude. I did show a video to the lady manager that night how soggy my food was, I mean my tacos had to be done for long time sitting there. Today, I try again to give them another chance. Sad to say it wasn’t any better but actually worse. I called to place a order and explain to the manager but it was a male manager who was very rude cause he hung up on me on the phone. I called back but his voice was just irritated. Honestly, if you go here just be prepared to wait a hour or more for your food, the service is very unprofessional and takes forever with a lack of communication with their customers.

Me and my fiancee took his daughter and grand daughter to this restaurant. The food was amazing and the customer service was exceptional especially the girl with the Reddish hair. She was so helpful. Thank you and we plan to come back again very soon.

Outdoor dining was pleasant. Comfortable chairs....they have done a great job in a trying time. Employees were cheerful and on hand to seat us, take our order and get it to us quickly. Made sure we had what we needed. Great job all the way around.
