Fantastic customer service! When I had an issue with a product that was the fault of the manufacturer, the crew at Cripple Creek jumped right in and took care of me. Customer for life!

Kind of helpful but don’t take a snow board there for repair. They cracked the top coat on my split board and it looks like they let the local kindergarten class loose with some epoxy all over my board.

It’s easy to support local business when they are this awesome! I haven’t skinned before and didn’t know where to start. Paul was knowledgeable and patient as he educated me on my different gear options. Tyler was super friendly when he molded my boots. I was anxious to spend that much money on a new sport and never felt pressured to buy anything. I can tell the employees are super passionate and shopped online a bit and saw that it was a better value to buy a package from them than piece together items online. I highly recommend checking in with them if you’re thinking of buying.
