Quality Inn & Suites On The River

Rooms are a great size (perfect for those traveling with a pack and play) and have seemed clean each time we stayed. The location along the river is really nice but far from downtown and restaurants.nnTrashcans outside the hotel are left to overflow and employees smoke right outside the front door, so unfortunately the entire place smells like smoke.

I normally don’t write reviews about hotel stays, but we received exceptional customer service during our stay here thanks to Shelia. She was very friendly and made us feel welcome and valued from the moment we walked in. Later, we wanted to change rooms because there was a baby in the room next to ours who was crying non-stop, and the hotel walls are pretty thin. Shelia was extremely accommodating; she gave us another room even though this meant she needed to go out of her way to clean our old room for us. Overall, the hotel is average, the walls are thin, and the intercontinental breakfast is mediocre, but the customer service made our stay worth 5 stars.

This hotel used to be so great! Its really overdue for an update. The breakfast was microwaved bagged eggs every morning. The rooms were gross and we paid extra for a river view but the window was so dirty we couldn't even see the river. There was a ton of mold in bathroom and the room was so dimly lit that even with all the lights on it was difficult to see around. I recommend booking elsewhere.

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice staff, pool for the kiddos was nice however the hot tub wasn't filled enough. Good job with keeping people seperate at breakfast by serving us. Couple decent hot food choices. Def would stay again.
