Outstanding food with a personal touch. The staff made us feel welcome and their sense of professionalism was only outshined by the quality of cuisine. This southwestern Italian blend accompanied by traditional Italian meals and outstanding craft cocktails actually saw our family ordering desert which is completely out of character. Can't recommend this enough, one of the best restaurants we have visited in Colorado.

This place was absolutely the best Italian I've ever had. Not only did they offer some beloved staples such as Chicken Parm, but they also offered very unique dishes that you don't see in many Italian restaurants (disclaimer: I'm a tourist from Houston). Even their truffle fries were amazing! I was with a group of 7 ages ranged from 7 to 57, and everyone left happy and full.

Brava is a very special place. Vinny is an amazing host and ensures you have the very best of dining experiences. The food is fresh and delicious, and presented with an eye for detail. Brava’s attentive staff will keep your coffee filled and smile on your face. I truly appreciate all that Brava has brought to the table. Thank you Vinny!

The food is impeccable. Absolute perfection. But, this place is turning and burning. Do not come in expecting to linger over your drinks or dinner. It’s fast paced and cutthroat for these folks to survive the pandemic. Environment is intense, but beautiful. Must try this food. Begs for much media attention. I ordered a second helping of the Short rib gnocchi to go because one was not enough. Lobster risotto was outstanding.

A wonderful surprise of delicious Italian food discovered as a result of a canceled flight out of Eagle. Tasty and fairly priced wine list, fresh and flavorful salad, and the best chicken parmigiano I've had wear of new york. Definitely worth the trip while anywhere near Brava.
