19th Street Diner

What you need to know about this diner is that when you walk in you'll be immersed with that classic 50s feel. The menu is made up of what you would expect from a diner (sadly, no waffles) but what you won't expect is the ridiculous portions that you won't be able to finish.nMy friend absolutely loved the French toast she got, which at half portion was a beast. The mugs were on point for personality, the staff was sociable and the food tasted great. Great prices too!

We went to the 19th Street diner twice, it was within walking distance of our hotel, the food was great and the service was amazing. Back in the rear of the diner is a small bar. That's where we met Charlotte. Charlotte was both welcoming and funny, she kept us entertained and laughing the whole time we were there. Hands down best bartender in the city... dare I say... On the planet ! Cheers !

I would definitely advise this place it gets a little busy but it's clean it's inviting.nOur food was great the French toast was insanely good and different.nOur server was Charlie she did wonderful she was always on top of everything but it seemed like all the business associates working here were doing a good job always helping out in bringing our drinks in whatever we needed

We were with a party of 8, half of the party got there to get a table, the other 4 people including myself got there maybe 10-15 minutes after the first 4 people held a table. Well they wouldn’t seat us with them stating they didn’t have room to put us with our party. Why would you seat half of a party and make the other half wait outside for 45 minutes in the snow. Also, as soon as we walked in, we told her we were with a group of 4 to be a party of 8. She bit our heads off and disrespectfully said well I don’t have a table for you yet. Why would you seat only half the table and not just make the whole party wait? Absolutely disgusted with the way the server handle the situation. She didn’t even tell us she sat the other half of our party she didn’t tell us we were waiting on people to leave. Just rudely and aggressively told us that she didn’t have a table for us. Her attitude was poor and she apparently doesn’t know how to work under pressure in a service industry job that deals with customers. Instead she talks and treats customers like their idiots.

We are from out of town, got a lot of recommendations to go here. Tried it out and was disappointed. Food was nothing but slop. Gravy looked like putty. Eggs cold. Biscuits mediocre. Won’t go there when we visit again.
