DO NOT GO IF UR VERY HUNGRY! They are the worst and I mean the worst at Customer service! The waitress takes forever to even place ur order! Then to make matters worst once u get ur food good luck on getting drink refills or anything else! U will not see ur waiter again ! Food is good but they are the worst when it comes to service!
I’m not sure what happened to this place but the last few experiences have been incredibly disappointing. We have dined here many, many times over the years and we have always received delicious food, great service and a friendly environment up until about 3 months ago.nOur last and final attempt here, it took nearly 30 minutes to receive water and another 15+ minutes to receive our drinks. I ordered the same dish I always order and when it arrived I took one bite and knew something was wrong. When I brought it to the attention of the server her response was “I don’t know what to tell you.” She was very unpleasant and unprofessional. Without offering me anything else, she took the plate from the table and returned immediately with the check and said “so do you want this now?”nA very unwelcoming dining experience. We will not be returning.
Hospitality and service was excellent, food was delicious and reasonably priced.
The seafood was incredible! Best I've had outside of Mexico! The service however almost ruined the experience. Waitress was so unprofessional - appetizer arrived after our meals were served among other things. Disappointing to say the least. We will be back however as this is our favorite place to eat when we are in the area!
The service we have today was amazing and the best in all restaurants I have been.nThanks a lot to Alondra, the owner and the crew that did the best for us, thanks a lot for been so kind and the excellent service we received.
