The Rose

This place is the real deal. The green chili sauce is the best in Pagosa. Inside is small and decorated cute with plates on the walls. Service was fast and friendly. I ordered the green chili and bacon omelet and my husband ordered the green chili smothered burrito. This cafe is a must see in Pagosa. They're open from 7am-2pm. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent food, friendly service, cute atmosphere. A bit small, and a little pricey. We had a great time!

I have to say that this place had some excellent food. The breakfast was amazing and my wife had the Pozole and is was delicious. The service was fast and the prices were very reasonable. We ate there 3 times in our 7 day stay.

Food was good and everything was homemade! While I didn’t care for the scrambled eggs they weren’t bad. I just prefer my scrambled eggs a little fluffier. But man those biscuit and gravy and the hot ham and cheese were awesome!!!! The place is nice and cozy and service was spot on! The other places in Pagosa Springs should take note and be more like them.

First off the restaurant was amazing inside. Our waitress was so friendly and funny, but also let us enjoy our meal. The food was sooo good! You have to try their Green Chili sauce, the home made biscuits, and the chicken fried steak! We will definitely be coming back here
