We were from out of town and Kip’s was highly recommend as a place to eat. We were not disappointed. The food was really good. The service was very friendly and top notch. Colette was our waitress and she was amazing! Kip’s is a very quaint and clean. We were seated in their enclosed outdoor eating area. Very cozy with the heaters. It was snowing outside and we saw 8 deer crossing the street.

There were 3 of us. We had nachos with everything. They were very good. Two of us had the spicy shrimp tacos. Neither of us felt they were particularly spicy, but I preferred it that way. The other in our party had steak tacos and seemed to enjoy them very much. Plus, they mixed him a mean margarita. Jeff, our service provided us with excellent service. Kip's was recommended to us and we are now recommending Kip's to you. Enjoy!

Very poor service. Was told it was going to be a 35-40 minute wait and we waited for almost an hour. We asked the hostess for an update on our seating and she said there were two parties in front of us. They proceeded to sit three parties and we were still standing and waiting. We asked the hostess how much longer it would be and she yelled right in our face (with her mask down) that those parties were in front of us. There is absolutely no reason to be so rude, especially to out of town visitors! We passed this place up for the Malt Shoppe. 0/5 would not recommend! You’d be better off going somewhere else!!

Friendly staff and was sat quickly. Sadly the food wasn't what I remembered from the past. It was very white Mexican food. Meaning there was very little spice to any of the dishes. It's more of a street taco place. Not really a Mexican food restaurant. Also there are NO enchiladas! We didnt try the drinks this trip. One positive was the desserts we had 2 different kinds and they were fantastic. Next time I'll be going back to our favorite Mexican place uptown.

The food is always always always tasty. Unfortunately we had to ask several times to have the space heater turned on when we were on the patio. It was about 12°, so I was surprised I had to ask.nnIt would be helpful if they took reservations or even your phone number when putting you on the wait list. They tell you it will be a 2 hour wait, but call your name after 45 minutes and then give your table away. Even though we were sitting in our car, because again, it was 12° outside and there was no where to wait inside for TWO HOURS.
