Very efficient, thoughtful staff. was my first time there to pick up an online order, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received in such a timely manner. Only took a few minutes and I was out of there.

Employees were friendly and just great customer service!! Bought a muzzle, got the wrong size. Returned it, to exchange it for the right size. It was super easy, and the cashier was friendly.

Definitely the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. I usually go to pet smart but I decided to try out petco never returning here again. Allyson was super rude and unprofessional talking to someone claiming some other co worker is so “annoying” shouldn’t be having those conversations when customers are in store. I asked her a question and she payed no attention to my question she was looking for something and continued to look instead of focusing on my question. Was not once asked if I needed help I had to ask for help. Worst customer service experience ever. Do better

Hardly any people. Lots of great customer service! Loved the amount of gifts available for my fur babies. They were very happy to get so many gifts this year (at a very reasonable price!)

Really frustrated with the Web Site!! But the store employees seem eager to please!! The selection of dog food is the best in town.. I left V.I.P. Pets because their selection is very limited.. I will be shopping at Petco from now on!! Thanks to Lola , very friendly and eager to help..
