Stayed here 1 night on Feb 20, 2021. Found this place on accident, it did not show up on iOverlander app. We were pleasantly surprised! Beautiful and right on the river. Setting right between hwy299 and Trinity River. Private parking slip was nice and clean. Small campground only a few others stayed that night. Pit toilets too. Lots of other campgrounds were closed for winter, but not here :)

Amazing wildlife scene and the sunset backdrop near the dam is one of the most majestic I've ever beheld. Check out the pics I took along my journey from central Oregon to kansas city Missouri. it's dedicate a must see. Looks like good fishin and maybe fun to swim in too

Has access to the river, picnic tables, and a bathroom. Is easily accessible and has a good sized parking lot.
