This place is a gem. The food is delicious and they have a great beer selection. I can personally recommend the Veggie Bratwurst and they even made my wife's veggie burger in a lettuce wrap. The outdoor patio is charming, shady on a hot day and very pet and social distancing friendly. Hands down, this is the best place to eat in town.

Biggest Gem in Trinity County!nnI dropped in for a burger and a tasty brew after a killer mountain bike ride on some local MTB trails. My expectations were most definitely exceeded.nnI ordered the Punch Bowl IPA - Clearly a well crafted beverage, and was absurdly refreshing.nnAlso got the Old Fashioned Angus Burger - Super delicious and filling. The secret sauce was a nice touch on the burger. Fries were also amazing as well.nnThe atmosphere in the brewery is cozy and welcoming. The shaded back patio area allows for social distancing and a nice area to relax. The owners have done a great job with this place. Shout out to the beer pourer on the music selection. Who doesn’t like a little Waylon Jennings vinyl?!nnIf you’re in Weaverville, you got to check this place out!

We shared 2 tasting flights so we could taste all the beers, great job Neil! The Irish maiden and Ol sniklefritz were my favorite but the Winter Wit and a few of the ales were a close second. Overall great beers, tasty burgers, great hand cut fries. The beer garden out back is perfect. Can't wait to come back when there is love music!

Would have loved to show you how amazing the food was but we scarfed it down too quick! Honestly the best burger we have had in years. The wings were amazing! Great open atmosphere with misted outdoor seating. We had the IPA and it was delicious. We definitely will be back sooner than later.
