Deceiving and dishonest people. I went to purchase a phone that was advertised online for 350$. I was told that I wasn’t allowed to buy the phone as a cash or debit purchase unless I bought accessories for it, which are overpriced and cheap looking (50$ for outdated and flimsy cases). The only other option is to purchase a phone through a third party leasing program. I tried going this route to avoid paying ridiculous prices for accessories. However, I soon found out that they also charge a $50 down payment to lease which doesn’t even go towards the purchase of the phone. Basically, they’re taking at least 50$ from me one way or another. I have never been charged extra to purchase a phone by cash. What is infuriating is the manner in which they approach this by limiting purchasing options. Oh and make sure they give you a receipt. I was given a receipt but I saw a gentlemen before me purchase a phone and accessories and was told he wouldn’t be given a receipt due to covid. Load of BS. I will be contacting corporate and posting on all review websites.

after having a really bad experience with T-mobile, I decided to try cricket... and I love it plus when I came to this store there was two employees that took their time to help me and they even got me the same phone number! definitely I'm staying with cricket

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER VERY RUDE ! The manager Natalie is a little short girl and is rude will noT help you out . They always add accessories to your account without telling . Went to the store on mission had the same problem with Oseas And Cynthia she can’t even speak English ! do not go with these two worst customer service ever ! Switched to Tmobile better service better customer service! They won’t lie !
