Charlotte Russe

Went to the mall for lunch and saw they were having a sale everything in the store was $25.00 or less so I got a really cute pair of boots and a shirt for work for $35.00. Staff was very helpful finding boots in my size as well as my friend who was with me.

Clean store. Friendly service. Nice atmosphere. Been a staple for my wife sinxe forever. I like the options there. They cater to every type of body. Which is nice in this day and age.

I know they're closing but the difference between the Carlsbad store and Escondido is disturbing. The store look like a hurricane & war took place in there. Be careful where to step or you could be injured.

I was trying to find shoes to wear for a wedding and the ladies there, Jackie and Aubree were really nice with helping me decide. We finally came to a conclusion with mustard yellow heels :)

The manager there disgusting! She has to be at least 50 years old, really rude. Asked her a question and didn’t bother helping me at all, I’m a regular customer but not anymore, her attitude is disgusting. She then offered me the worst outfits ever it became offensive because she started laughing. If you ever go into this Charlotte Russe look for another worker, try to avoid the lady who tries to look like a pin up doll she’s ridiculous and has the worst customer service ever! She’s rude and offensive!
