LOVEE this place and especially love the girls! they're always SO helpful and sweet, always help me pick bomb outfits and are so helpful with sizes. LOVE WINDSOR & this staff in particular is my favorite! 10/10 favorite store

I had a great experience at this Windsor.nn3 girls working the day I came in to get a gown for the evening helped me find the right style, size, and shoes.nThey were more than helpful - I actually needed them to find each piece! It would have taken me 3 times as long had I not had their help.nnI had a great experience! Thank you!

Beautiful dresses. Some reasonable prices. Clean changing rooms. Friendly staff.

Theres almost too much in this shop. When its busy you can barely walk in there, and it's hard to see dresses when they're packed in and way too high to reach. The dresses are overpriced considering most of the ones we saw were fraying, losing beads, etc. And these were the ones they were selling? They should have samples out and keep the dresses safe from the crowds. Just my opinion.

I was about to try a dress and this employee said right on my face that I cannot try it on. I gave back the dress and she said, no worries. I haven't encountered this kind of treatment in my life in front of other people. I hope the owner can train her with proper manners, she was so rude.
