I just adore the clerk that waits on me. He is so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Never rushed or hurried and is meticulous cleaning the register area where we check out. I really appreciate that.
On my previous visit, I picked up some of what I thought was Orijen cat food. Somehow a bag of their dog food was in the cat section. Jordon handled the return seamlessly and this is one of the reasons why I will come back, good old fashioned customer service, It's amazing what a good attitude and a smile can accomplish. Thanks again!
The associates are very helpful and knowledgeable. In addition they went above and beyond when I asked that I wanted some OTC medication for my sister's guinea pig's UTI, they took the time to refer me and give me the number to at least for different places where we could take the guinea pig. So we did and he's feeling much better... thanks!
Very Friendly
The staff of this Petco are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. The most recent example was on this trip. I asked one of the grooming staff about nail clippers for dogs. Not only did she communicate a desire to answer my question she got up and took me to the clippers, explained the difference and made suggestions on technique to make the process less stressful for my dogs. I am so sorry I don’t remember her name. Tall, slender, short or pulled back hair.
