Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Horrible experience with Javier the bank manager. I'm a broker and needed to work with him- he is super incompetent and arrogant. Weird vibe at this B of A..

Worst customer service ever. Two hours plus waiting on phone for a human as their on line system can't fix the mistake . Then rude manager at the New Encinitas Branch on Encinitas Blvd. Four days later, they still have not been able to fix the double payment they took for my credit card payment.

I had to open up a new business bank account immediately.nMyra Pierson and Jesse Maldonado went out of their way to help me. Jesse followed up the next day.nThese two employees gave me efficient friendly customer service!
