Hadn’t had a bad experience till now, the guys that have assisted me in the past have been nothing but nice, except for today a lady (didn’t get her name, but curly hair kind of brunette) was just being rude, i ask nicely for my stuff and she seemed very annoyed, and just slamming change on the counter that kind f stuff. Maybe she was having a bad day but who knows. It was not a pleasant experience.

I am a new bi-coastal business owner. JC has bent over backwards to walk myself and my partner through this process. Even being 3,000 miles away from Baltimore, JC and this Wells Fargo branch has been 10 times more helpful than my own local branch. Thank you JC

About the same one issue , this teller asked me to present this document. So, I went all the way back to my home and brought that documents. BUT this time, the other teller asked me to bring the other one. They gave a lot of inconvenience to the customer AND they just said they followed the rule BUT it looks like they do not know what they are doing OR they do not have work standard.
