About two months ago I walked into this branch with my daughter super distraught about my account. Ahmed Elemary helped me and I left in happy tears. He was so nice, I was a mess and my daughter was running around grabbing things off his desk and he was so understanding, I asked for his card because I wanted to write him a review but lost it until now. I think about his helpfulness and kindness every time Im in the area, seriously. The fact that im writing this review 2 months after he helped me speaks for itself. I hope Ahmed reads this, THANK YOU for the amazing customer service.
Brand new branch in a fantastic location right off the 5 freeway on Lomas Santa Fe. Very convenient as it is by Vons and has Crete parking as well as parking in the back. 3 hours are also awesomenMonday - Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.nFriday: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.nSaturday: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.nnIt's always nice to go to a new Branch because you did the type of service that you would expect to receive after going somewhere for decades.
The lobby has two ATMs, one of them for wheelchair customers. Regular lobby hours are:nMon - Thurs: 9 am to 5 pmnFriday: 9 am to 6 pmnSaturday: 9 am to 2 pmnFor ATM access during other hours, there is a card reader at the single door to the right of the double doors.nHandicapped access is awkward, being 2 doors to the left [East] at Big 5 Sporting Goods.
