The best financial institute I have ever worked with. They truly believe in customer first service. I utilize two of their branches and the staff at each are incredibly friendly.
No customer service whatsoever. Not in branch or over the phone. Canceled account and had to jump through hoops to access my own account.
I enjoy going to this Escondido Frontwave Credit Union Bank Branch to deposit my coins. The teller Melissa was polite and caring when she helped me out. Very good customer service and a recommended bank to go to.
In person service by appointment only. Employee inside with no customers will not take my car payment because of Coronavirus. Makes no sense.
