Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

I would give 0 stars because this bank is terrible. Went to the drive through ATM yesterday and no money in the machine to dispense. Bank was open inside but lines were out the door. Went back today and went through drive through, same thing no cash to dispense. Went to walk up machines and both were out of cash. Bank was closed even though the sign on door said it should be open for 2 more hours. Signs go a long way in communicating with your customers. If you're closing early, put up a sign. If your drive up machines are out of cash for days, put up a sign so none of us need to wait endlessly for something that's not there. Same with the walk up ATMs. Many customers upset and lost, likely forever. Use your signs.

My 1 star is based upon the current information available about the hours of operation for this branch. We have tried to go to this branch and it has been closed. So we started watching for updates here. It states that the hours were updated by the business 2 weeks ago. On Monday, it stated that the branch was closed Monday and Tuesday, but would be open Wednesday-Saturday. Today (Wednesday), it now says that it is closed and won't open until Friday. This is extremely frustrating for customers who have time sensitive banking issues that can't be handled through the ATM.

I had to open a bank account for my deceased mother’s trust. From the first contact with this branch of BOA, I had extremely positive experiences. Robert answered the phone and advised me which documents I needed to bring. Ruth met with me – twice! She was my advocate!! She went to bat for me to accomplish what I thought would be a simple task but instead it was monumental. Ruth was professional, kind, knowledgeable and expressed her sympathy for my loss. Everyone in the branch acknowledged my presence with a hello’s and goodbye’s. The other bank I contacted argued with me, talked over me, demanded that I have a lawyer and go to court to get papers – never once expressed sympathy for my loss. This branch of BOA has my loyalty! I am one extremely satisfied customer.

I went in with my mother to assist her with a simple transaction and had the worse service. It's no wonder, I don't bank with them. I will be switching her accounts to Navy Federal.nPEOPLE THERE ARE MANY OTHER INSTITUTIONS OTHER THAN BANK OF AMERICA!!! I CAN HELP YOU.

The ATM had withheld my card, so the next day a quick stop with the helpful and straightforward associates had me in and out with my card in hand, all in about 2 minutes.
