Michelada Factory

Poor customer service..! I went with with my friends a couple weeks ago and seems like the owner only lets his people in and makes new customers wait till the capacity is back down... we waited outside while others walked right in

Wings were decently good compared to other main chains like Buffalo wild wings. Micheladas were acceptable but maybe could be a bit better (compared to other restaurants) considering their name is michelada factory. Live music, only a 25 min wait time for food on a Sunday night. Maybe we got lucky? 2 regular micheladas for the price of 1 ($9) on Sunday nights was a real great surprise to us. The manager was out and helping guests out himself, which is a good sign he cares about his business.

The food is good. But the wait is really bad !! Took 30 min to get a beer and 1 hour for my food.nThey need to get more workers

This place does not know the basics of customer service and decent time management. If you want a drink be ready to wait an hour. God forbid you want food. You’ll wait a solid two hours for cold wings that are obviously microwaved. Then the waitress will lie to her supervisor that you’re being disrespectful when you just ask to get an item taken off the menu for being cold.
