No Covid 19 orders in place nothing being wiped down (counters, pin pad) out of sanitizer that they do have sitting around & when mentioned to teller she (Lorena) had nothing to say thinking it’s funny ...oh and customer service not that great glad I don’t bank there and was just making a payment through them oh & expect to wait in line for that only 1 teller open

I do almost everything online. You can create accounts online including savings and CD accounts. I don't ever wait in line to withdraw money, they have the cool new ATM machines that lets you withdraw up to $5,000 and you can choose you bills. I like the new ATM machines because you can deposit up to 200 bills at the same time. There is no need to stand in line to deposit or withdraw money.

In less than 30 mins was able to open a new bank account and transfer the original funds to the new one .zero waiting time,Thank you Ivan Flores :)

Personally, I prefer the automated teller 90% of the time; the live teller cannot give me a receipt with pictures of my check deposits. I can get $100s, $20s, and $5s from the machine, and it's easy to use. I only need a person for things like cashier checks, coins and problem solving. The Chase app further eliminates my need to go to the bank at all, except to get cash.
