Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

People are very polite and helpful

I was there today n no one was there I'm starting to think to move to a other bank these guys aren't doing well good to help their customers at all

I have been to many bank of America's and this one is by far the worst one I've been too. The line was ridiculous and of course only 2 tellers when the line is almost out the door. Those around me too were frustrated by such a wait. I ended leaving after 30 minutes In a line that did not move. I understand its Friday but come on get it together. Also, when waiting their were employees walking around and what you're to good to help out. Never coming back here. This is why I no longer bank with them. If possible I would give a negative rating.

My experience was amazing. I was in a rush and Daniel Picazo exceeded my expectations. Recommend to all students and young adults looking to open a checking account. 5 stars from me.

I conduct 99% of all my banking needs via the app which means I rarely need to visit a branch, which is great. However that 1% of the time when I do need to visit a branch this one is always the same experience. They will only have one or two tellers, the line and wait time is ridiculous and there are least a couple of reps on the floor getting paid to stand around and do nothing. The employees can see and hear the customers are visibly annoyed but they play dumb and keep their fake smiles on. This branch is garbage.
