Every 2 hours service one person, nice job!nI should get a good job here, no stress and nobody push you doing the job. I had every never seen in my life.nBTW nice and cozy nursing home.

Updating my first review. The link on the reply doesn’t work. That is a generic response from a computer. And the bank manager called me back which I thought was awesome. I told her can I call you back because I was at work myself. I’ve tried calling back several times, and would you believe it nobody is answering the phone. What a surprise.

Wasted a whole Saturday here just for some basic changes to some accounts. Need to retrain employees to work with the computers. The information from one employee to another does not match. Can’t wait to cancel my account with Bank of America. Probably will take an act of god to cancel it just like it took today to accomplish anything.

Hours on line say 9am-4pm it’s 1038am on Friday and they haven’t opened yet. Employees are in the building no one came out to address the line of customers waiting outside no note on the door no information on the phone. Worst customer service for a customer based business.

Don’t recommend going here for anything. They do not care about people’s time and giving wrong information about wait times. I was asked to wait 30 minutes but was waiting for an hour and a half. They were prioritizing people before me. Bad experience and will not comeback here. The security guard is the only friendly person.
