Bank of America is absolute trash wait time,customer service all these people waiting and only 2 tellers for real

Waited 35 minutes to be told that they didn’t have anyone to help with a cd that had come due she then proceeded to give me an appointment after the time had elapsed for the cd they need to look at their customer service only 1star because of lack of workers and poor service ud83dude22ud83dude22ud83dude22

Open up more windows. Increase your withdrawal balance so I don't have to go inside and wait in a lobby full of people while there is only 2 windows open in a bank that was built for 12 tellers.

This branch almost made me want to switch banks... their wait time is ALWAYS long.

The wait line here is ridiculous! They always have like 2 tellers working. The lines here are very long!! Worst bank ever to come and get assistance! I will rate this zero star!!!! But it won’t let me post. Haha Worst!!
