The technician was super nice and thorough! I felt like she really cared about my dog and was mindful of making sure she recapped what had been completed as part of the grooming and let me know how my dog did. I will be coming back since the customer service was on point.
Considering it’s the only full flown pet store in town, they don’t stock nearly enough. They’re always out of stuff. Not in the - it’s the only pet store, everyone goes there, so they’re always out of stuff cause it’s in high demand - way. It’s in the - I was here last week and bought all four cans left of this particular brand of puppy food & look they still haven’t restocked it - kind of way. I’ve been in their several times in one week and know i haven’t just “missed” them. Plain and simple, to whomever does the inventory/restocking, please do it more often, or more efficiently.
The staff were honestly not that welcoming like how one would think for an establishment such as this. Other then that they carry great quality products which give them an advantage over competitors, but with their quality of staff. I honestly don't see that being to much of an advantage.
Your staff is always very helpful, and remembers my dog's name (Chopper). My Jack Russell is 13 years young and at my last visit, wonderful supplements were suggested to keep him running, jumping, swimming and playing frizbee
The young lady at Petco that just help me with my dog treats was a big help. Thank you very much
