Re: Grooming. Corey is just the absolute best! She's the ONLY groomer in town that I will take my dog to. She understands SO MUCH about dogs, especially rescues, and how to make them feel comfortable! I will adjust my schedule to make sure I can have Corey taking care of my little chihuahua and will continue doing so. Penelope loves Corey and so do we!!! :)

EXTREMELY helpful and friendly staff. I've been in and out over the past three days getting items for a cat with a broken leg and they've given tons of great recommendations to make her life easier. Would highly recommend this location.

They will close 10min early, and open 15 min late. Never have I had a store demand that I give them my personal info or they won't serve me. All I wanted were mice to feed my snake, and they demanded that I give them my address, phone, and email. This is only so they can sell my info to other companies. I was told by the store manager to call head office to discuss it with them. So I did and I got a call center in the Philippines who can't tell me anything thats not written down in the book given to them by Petco. Worst customer service experience ever!!!!!!!!! Please stop using this store, they are a big corporation and they don't care. We have small local businesses that deserve and want your business. Petco is way to expensive anyway.!!!

I absolutely I love the Petco store on PCH in Redondo Beach. The stuff is amazing especially Blake and Paris love seeing them. They both have the best customer service and find me exactly what I need every time. I went to the Petco on Inglewood Avenue in Redondo Beach worst experience ever the staff has the worst customer service and are so rude I will never go to that store again.

Every single employee today was very nice, friendly, and very helpful. Everyone was very willing to help us out. Best PETCO experience we've had in the past 48 states we've traveled. Thank you guys!
