I ordered something online and it was ready when I got there within an hour. Staff was also very helpful and friendly when I needed help with 2 40 pound bags of cat litter. The young female store clerk gladly helped me to the car and loaded the bags in my trunk.
For the most part, I enjoy going to this store. The staff in the evening is always very nice and helpful. Shout out to the evening staff at Unleashed! Selection is usually stocked and the staff are always knowledgeable of their products. The 4-star rating here would be a 5 if I was talking solely about the night staff.nnUnfortunately, this afternoon, however, the cashier—Michael—took it upon himself to pepper me with questions regarding how I am training my dog as well as asking me questions regarding where I’m having my dog trained, if I was a trainer, if the dog was mine, etc. Additionally, he assumed I was using a shock collar—I wasn’t—and continued to press me on it. I found this questioning and assuming to be inappropriate and distasteful.
My furbaby had been throwing up and had diarrhea.....something didn't sit right with her. The salesperson suggest a pumpkin mix and a change up in her doggy treats. She confirmed my giving her steam rice and boiled chicken was good. My furbaby is doing much better! Thank you Unleashed!!!
The staff is incredible! Super helpful and knowledgeable about puppy products and services.
These people are very nice, they'll literally tell you to come back if you need anything!!!
