U.S. Bank Branch

I just wanted to let everyone know about the absolutely horrific behavior exhibited by the US Bank MANAGER named Carol... she's rude , nasty and borderline antagonistic .. I had a really stressful family emergency and my father was trying to western union me some money and I walked into the US Bank in Albertsons because they told me over the phone they had western union there so I go in and she tells me it's only for bank customers.. ok, fine so can I open an account there so I can recieve the money and start a checking account with them and she straight out told me NO! She said I'm not starting you an account just so you can use western union. she told me that there's was a liquor store around the corner that had WU and I should go there. She did not care one bit about my situation and basically told me to leave. The teller was super nice and tried to help me google the location of the liquor store that had it but then she yelled at him to stop helping me even though there was not one person waiting. The guy was cool but she was very very very rude. So I left and went to the US bank in Covina and they helped me start an account and use western union I was literally in and out of that location in 10 mins. Carol had said they couldn't help me but they did and they were awesome!! So if anyone goes to the US bank in Albertsons San Dimas make sure you don't talk to her she's so beyond mean. I'm surprised she's actually a manager because even the staff was saying how unpleasant and rude she was.
