The employees are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes they're hard to find other than at the register, but they're often busy stocking and helping others. There's a good variety of aquatic things you can get. Plenty of dog supplies here, not a whole lot on cats that I saw other than basics. I bring my dog often with me so he can socialize with other customers.
This Petco is well run. They do an amazing job with their fish. We don't have any mom and pop fish stores in the area. But I'd have to say the care and knowledge the workers show is outstanding! They love the animals and it shows.
I had the pleasure of working with the manager Steve in the Plover location today. We’ve been looking for products to help ease my senior dog’s anxiety and he was super compassionate and knowledgeable with different tips and tricks and products we could use to bring her some relief. He was patient and I really appreciated that he took the time to listen to my concerns and help me. Not once did I feel rushed or like he was too busy to address my questions. We were also looking to try a new food for her. He took the time to explain the different products they carry in the store and helped us find a good fit for her! I appreciated him taking his time, as I know he was busy but he didn’t hesitate to help out. Thanks for all your help today Steve!! We will definitely make the trip from Wausau to continue coming to your store!!
The people always help me with my questions and are good at answering my questions.
Great selection of food and toys. All staff I've encountered had been very nice and helpful. They have animals and display animals for sale. All containments look clean and we'll maintained, animals seem happy !
