I hired Brad to install and clean my saltwater tank. Unfortunately, the service and quality was subpar. Services were canceled several times or no-show. He also took personal property of mine several months ago and still has not returned.

Always does an amazing job for us at St. Francis Apartments! The tank is very well maintained, and the scenery is always changing! If we ever have an issue he can answer via email or phone promptly...or in worse case scenarios drive to the facility. We are continuously getting compliments on our fish tank thanks to BBs Aquatic Service LLC!
Brad was very helpful! Not only did he get everything hooked up for me, he explained how things worked and is going to send links for a few things that I still need. He came prepared and cleanup after himself as well! VERY happy and excited about my new setup!
Just simply amazing what Brad and his team can do. Keep up the great work with ponds and my aquarium looks amazing too.
