I scheduled to see Dr. Penzenstadler back in February (soonest was a March appt). I get a call less than a week before my appointment saying they aren't doing appointments for annual exams at that time, and needed to reschedule for June 1. They wouldn't help me in terms of birth control either, knowing I had moved out of state and needed this annual because my yearly was due at that time. I had to beg my PCP (who wouldn't) and my old OB (who thank gods did) give me a refill to get me until June 1. A week and a half ago (~mid March) I get a call being told I needed to go to the other office if I want to keep my appointment and then I needed to schedule a new time (I was fortunate that the time I requested, the same time, was available). Okay, getting pretty annoying, very unimpressed with the office staff, but hoping the doctor would be good. Then Friday morning comes around (March 22), and I receive a call being told they are still not doing annual exams at all, but if I wanted to *discuss* medications I could do a tele appointment. Keeping in mind I was not offered a future appointment time and without a pap, why would the doctor even prescribe anything/give me an IUD? Frankly, this is beyond unprofessional and I would not recommend them to ANYONE. Planned Parenthood is more than happy to get me in same week with a full tele appointment, knowing they can't do a pap, but will still handle my birth control.

Practitioners are great...front desk staff are very rude!
