Too many out of stocks...fresh pets (in tubes)always/low..never any of the salmon..my dog is allergic to chicken and now the only fresh pets available has chicken. This week even the treats i normally get were out of stock - i continue to do some shopping there hoping this will change byt gradually shifting my dogs to other food and my business to other stores

I'd give it a lower rating if I were able. I walked around the whole store for a good 10min looking for a price check an some basic customer service. Not one employee to be found anywhere. Finally an employee whom wasn't on the clock informed the other clerk's I needed assistance. I said no thank you

I was sad that one item was out of stock but otherwise everything went well. The staff was excellent though and the remaining items in my order were ready for me when I arrived. Great service!

The employees were wonderful! We adopted a baby boy ferret and LOVE him. We named him Moses. The little guy is so happy to have a home. He couldn't stop kissing my nose this morning! Thank you for writing to us. Moses and Panda Paws get along wonderfully. My husband and I are so glad to have had the pleasure of adopting our new fur baby. We just love him.
