Vans

I love Vans. They bring me back to when I was skating a lot. I find some of their shirts and shoes works for me, even though I think I am a bit older than most of their customers.

So, I'm only giving 5 stars because the end of my experience with this store was very good. Janet the manager was supposed to hold the last pair of vans for me for my daughter and she promised and said no problem. My boyfriend goes to pick them up and they are no where to be found. Mind you, she promised me up and down she would hold them. An employee named Jose helped my boyfriend get them found on line and shipped to my daughter ASAP, he was so so helpful and I'm very thankful for that! Also, the other employees there at the time were helping to look in the back for them. I'm just shocked the MANAGER almost screwed me!

Tess was wonderful and got my shoes with a smile and laced them for me. Will come back for future purchases!
