The Cheeky Hound

I purchased a ticket to their dog Valentines photo shoot for Saturday. Was told an hour before the event that it was canceled due to weather so that they rescheduled for Sunday (the next day). I texted back that I had a hair appointment Sunday and asked for a refund. They stated they do not offer refunds. I understand that the posting stated no refunds, however, if the vendor changes the date - I’m entitled to one. I disputed the charge with my bank. Lindsay wrote me a very insulting/rude email back even commenting on my unborn child. She is very unprofessional and is clearly a bully.

I love love LOVE the Cheeky Hound. They are the only groomers I'll bring my doggo to. He always walks out looking (and smelling) like a little stud. ud83dudc36ud83dude0d

Excellent place. Prompt, clean, cozy, and beautiful. They did a great job with my pups and they seemed comfortable there. Everyone working there is super nice and they genuinely care about getting to know your doggies. I'm a fan!

Lindsey and her staff at Cheeky Hound know how to make dogs (and their owners) happy AND how to keep our 4-footed family members clean and beautiful. My 80-pound German Shepherd loves to go to Cheeky Hound. Whether I'm giving her a wash in one of the lovely large tiled enclosures or she's getting a full-treatment grooming, she loves it. And so do I.
