Got there and was told there was a 20 minute wait. Waited close to an hour before I was seated. The staff outnumbered the people sitting down - it wasn't crowded whatsoever. We got drinks and that took about 45 minutes. We ordered an appetizer which took about 30 minutes and the main course took another hour.nnIt was cold this day, about 20 degrees outside, inside of the restaurant was no warmer. Every patron had their jackets and hats on.nnIn all, several hours for 2 cups of water, one appetizer, one entree. Mediocre food, high prices, not comfortable. I won't be coming back.
The best
Don’t come here the customer service was garbage , had a party of 2 and was told 20 minutes wait time to watch 2 separate parties of 3 go in immediate get seated. When we WERE alerted that a table was ready (25min later) we got seated in the absolutely EMPTY BACK back the place for a whole new person. Garbage don’t waste you’re time .
In the 90 this place was pretty good for a chain restaurant. Now it's horrible. I got take out fajitas. It was the worst ever in every way. Please do not go there. Let them shut that place down
I was highly upset ud83dude21 with the service that I received that night. When I go out to eat I always order my son's food first.nnI orded his food before I order appetizers, my food or my drink. I ordered his food 20 minutes before I ordered my entrée and got his grilled cheese sandwich ud83eudd6a literally 5 minutes before my steak was served to me.nnCan you take a look at this grilled cheese? It's burnt and just unacceptable ud83dude24. My son did not eat this. I information the waitress and she still charged me for it. Unbelievable!!
