We had the best server, I believe her name was Rachel but it was a couple of weeks ago so I could be wrong. Regardless of her name she was so great and made us feel welcome and was on her game. Even after one of our party members went from being fine to couldn't walk in an instant she was extremely caring and helpful. She even apologized to us despite it not being her fault at all. The food came out great, and quick without any mistakes. Now any time I go back I will see if she is working and request her for my server. Even if I have to wait for one of her tables to become available. She is an asset to this establishment.
Nick was my server who gave good customer service. I had the Southwick Irish chicken dinner which the chicken was juicy and delicious. They have over 15 big screen TV s which you can watch sports. The atmosphere was lively definitely will come back
I like the atmosphere but the service was terrible. The staff were more concerned about their problems than the service that the customer deserves. Maybe I got a bad day but there was customers using foul language and the staff were completely ignorant about it
This is my favorite restaurant in North Providence. The bar has a great selection, the food is incredible, and the service is wonderful. Everyone here is very friendly and it adds to the calming atmosphere. My favorite meal is the pot roast and I always get a side of coal-fired vegetables.
Great place to meet friends! Delicious food and a variety of drink options.
