BankRI

Went in to cash a couple of checks recently. This was a very nice looking bank, they decorated for fall, and was welcoming as soon as I stepped in the door. There was a line at the teller window but I didn't even care because the atmosphere was so pleasant. The girl in the first office on the right was genuine and warm offering coffee while I waited. She also helped the teller with my transaction and noticed my Westie keychain (bonus points for this dog lover). We had a conversation about dogs and animals while the teller cashed my check. I think her name was Jen. She's an asset and you could tell the teller liked her and felt comfortable too. When employees are happy and comfortable you can feel it. Jen was knowledgeable and told me a little about BankRI which I appreciated because this visit to the bank was better than I've ever had at my current bank. Ive been in banks before where its just felt cold, like people are hovering to sell you something, and they want to hurry you out the door if they can't. This is someone I'd do business with and this is not your average bank. I'll be back to see Jen.

I've been going to this branch for 2yrs now. The ladies there; Linda, Donna, Holly, and Kate are super friendly and make you feel welcomed all the time.

They are always nice!
