I was 3 days late on a credit card payment and they shut my credit card off, when I explained to them I was out of town and didn’t know payment was due, they told me to bad we are treating you like anyone else. My reply was wow I hope not if you are shutting credit cards off after 3 days late. Mind you I have excellent credit and I pay off the balance each month and have extra held in escrow like a debit card.
Only 1 teller, no drive up teller.
Always only 1 teller working. If you come to this bank plan on being here for at least 25 mins to make a simple transaction. Management is far from up to par.
Disappointed staff and management.
My go to BOA center in the area. Most of the time I just use the ATM but a few times that I needed some help from a real person they've been on the money. Friendly, fast service.
