The drive thru is superb if you don't go in the rush hour of the day.
I've been trying to contact people there to try scheduling an appointment, The website is saying that I can't schedule an appointment on any BOA near me. I've been trying to call for several weeks and nobody picks up the phone. You guys need better customer service because it is getting me upset that nobody is picking up the phone
No staff to answer the phone, I have been calling multiple locations and no answer.There are other banks around you guys are not the only ones.I WILL BE CANCELING MY ACCOUNT
The staff here are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. The problem is, the parking lot usually is filled to capacity, which means we have to find parking on the street, which is difficult. The worst thing about this branch is the long lines. I visited this branch the last Saturday of February, around 9:45 a.m., and there had to be 40 people in line, with only TWO tellers to service the line. I had to spend 35 minutes of my life waiting in line to conduct a simple transaction (which could not be accomplished at an ATM; I had to see a teller). The line was so long, people were waiting outside the bank entrance.nnI encounter these lines about 50% of the time I'm at the bank. I also do banking at the Citizens branch on the same block, and never do they have anything close to the lines at this B of A branch. Something is really wrong and needs to be corrected, but I guess they just don't care....nnIf these lines were an just occasional problem, I would never take the time to write this review.
